Cecilia Knight, MA, BCBA, is the Director of the Institute of Behavioral Training (IBT). Cecilia is a graduate of Wofford College and holds an MA in psychology from the University of Nevada, Reno. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and has been working with children and young adults diagnosed with autism, P.D.D., and Asperger’s syndrome since 1996. Since beginning her career with CARD in 1998, Cecilia has worked with patients throughout the US, has designed effective training programs for schools and various centers, and has been responsible for training all levels of staff. At IBT, Cecilia leads a team of clinical and administrative staff that is responsible for eLearning, BCBA mentorship, and continuing education, Mentorship Manager, as well as internal and external training projects. Cecilia lives in South Carolina with her family.

Jennifer Yakos,MA, BCBA, is a senior clinical supervisor/trainer for the Institute for Behavioral Training (IBT). Ms. Yakos has worked in the field of ABA since 1995, when she started as a 1:1 therapist working directly with individuals on the autism spectrum. She earned her MA in psychology with an emphasis in behavior analysis from the University of Nevada, Reno, and has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2004. Her work has involved designing and overseeing ABA intervention programs as a senior clinical supervisor stateside and abroad, and training and overseeing clinical and supervisory staff. She has been involved in curriculum and training development for several years, including the development of SKILLS, eLearning trainings for RBTs, parents, and professionals, as well as developing and presenting continuing education coursework for BCBA certification. Some of her areas of expertise include teaching functional communication skills to non-vocal learners, as well as teaching advanced social and cognitive concepts in order to facilitate social success. Ms. Yakos lives in California with her husband and two children.

Heather Barmakian, MA, BCBA, is a clinical supervisor at CARD’s San Diego office and has worked in the field of applied behavior analysis with individuals
with autism since 2000. Heather attended the University of California, San Diego, for her undergraduate degree, during which time she was trained in Pivotal Response Training for children with autism
and worked with adults diagnosed with schizophrenia. She earned her MA in human behavior from National University. She completed certification coursework through the University of Nevada, Reno, and became
a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2007. During her time at CARD, Heather has received extensive training in ABA and has worked as a therapist and a supervisor, developed and implemented staff and
parent training programs, overseen staff recruitment and retention programs, and supervised ABA programs for children with autism. Heather lives in San Diego with her husband and daughter.

Dr. Jonathan Tarbox, PhD, BCBA-D, is the executive director of Autism Research Group, a nonprofit organization, as well as the director of research
and development at the Center for Autism and Related Disorders. He has worked in and for public school districts, private schools, sheltered workshops, group homes, developmental centers, behavioral consultation
agencies, hospitals, and community-based recreational programs in direct service provision, supervision, consultation, program development, and director roles. Dr. Tarbox is a Board Certified Behavior
Analyst-Doctoral, and he received his PhD in behavior analysis from the University of Nevada, Reno. His early career included positions at the New England Center for Children and the Kennedy Krieger Institute.
Dr. Tarbox has conducted basic, applied, and interdisciplinary research and has over 50 publications in peer-reviewed journals, book chapters in scientific texts, and articles in popular media. Dr. Tarbox
currently serves on the board of editors of The Analysis of Verbal Behavior, Behavior Analysis in Practice, and Research in Autism Spectrum Disorders and is affiliate faculty at the Chicago School
for Professional Psychology. Dr. Tarbox's research interests include behavioral approaches to complex language and cognition and the assessment and treatment of autism spectrum disorders. Dr. Tarbox's
primary professional interests include graduate academic and clinical training, as well as dissemination of behavior analysis at the national and international levels.

Kathy Thompson, MS, BCBA, is currently managing senior supervisor at the Center for Autism and Related Disorders, Inc. Kathy earned her BS in psychology
with an emphasis on developmental disabilities from the University of California, Los Angeles, and holds an MS in education from California State University, Fullerton. Kathy holds a multiple subject
professional clear teaching credential and a moderate-severe disabilities education specialist teaching credential in the state of California. Kathy is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and has been
working in the field of behavior analysis with individuals on the autism spectrum since 1989. Kathy began her career at the UCLA Young Autism Project under the supervision of Dr. Ivar Lovaas. She began
working at CARD in 1993 and has served in a variety of roles, including clinical supervision, consultation, staff training, and program development. Kathy is the primary author of the CARD eLearning®
series and a contributor to the development of the SKILLS® curriculum. Her interests include behavioral approaches to teaching complex human behavior, such as cognition, executive functions, and social
skills and curriculum development for adolescents and young adults on the autism spectrum.
